Throttle probem??? HELP

ok so my truck has been doing this for a while engine and everything is completely stock the problem is only about 30-50 % of my gas peddle is usable past half way it doesnt do anything it will still revup to redline but it is slow. and you can put the throttle to the floor and feather it back and forth from 50% to the floor and there is no change any idea what it is? my truck is slow as hell. cause i only have half throttle. is it throttle position sensor?

there are to many things it could be, i would start by getting it on a scanner and see if there are any codes, maybe a fuel pressure test , oil in good shap e and full
