Oil usage, low(er) performace, and more. What problems are you having?

Blue smoke when I first start in the morning and runs fine after that sometimes rough idle at start also.

Think mine may be bad. I smoke blue at idle sometimes a little but if it is warmed up alot at idle. Could it be the orings? Using alot of oil.

Could be the O-rings, or could be valves, or there is a slight possibility of it being a cracked injector cup.

But I would be more likely to say the O-rings.

That is a typical diesel start in cold weather.Ford, dodge,gm all the same. Partially burn diesel is the blue. I haven't seen a diesel that isn't rough for a few seconds when cold.

Now blue all the time when warm isn't good.
