Hard Start!! HELP!!!
I just replaced all glow plugs, glow plug relay, both valve cover harness, repaired two engine harness connectors and all four injector harness on my 1996 PSD. It has the same symptom of hard start. I removed one engine harness connector and connected to makeshift glow plug test harness utilizing 1 UVC and VC gasket. After cycling key several times I went out and felt glow plug. Still no heat. I am getting the Wait to Start light to cycle on and off with a voltage draw via dash panel lights and overhead light. Please help. Thanks, Joe

If your GP's aren't getting power you need to back track from there. If you used the cheaper 109 GPR from Napa I have seen several bad out of the box. You should have 12 volts on both large studs when key is turned to on?
