Replaced glow plugs and now won't start

I changed the passenger side glow plugs and now the truck turns over but won't start. (Side note: I'd like to kick the guy that ok'd the design for accessing that lower rear bolt.) I'm going to replace the drivers side but want to clear up this starting problem first. Any suggestions?
