charging a battery

Good morning guys,I replaced my A/C compressor about 4 weeks ago, everything works fine but ever since then the batteries keep getting weaker, took them to the shop where I bought them and they said the batteries were fine.Don't know why they are getting weaker maybe lack of driving .My question is when charging ,which battery do you charge?

It doesn't matter, the batteries are hooked up in parallel so both will recieve the same charge with only one hooked up to a charger.

What he said and the batteries need to be load tested. I've had a set of batteries before that read perfect on the autozone scanner but when I had them load tested by one of our scanners they showed their problem.

Yea ,the shop did a load test and they showed fine ,my Alt. shows charging on the gauge and the starter is strong, just about didn't get it cranked this morning. They also checked all connections and they were fine. I don't drive this truck much at all ,I will try charging a full day then see what happens. It's funny everything was fine until I did the A/C job now the problem shows up.Thanks for your help guys.
