Block heater cord end, does it look normal? **Pics

I went to test my block heater cord to make sure it didn't have any grounding going on and I noticed that the right side prong looked funny. Different from the left side anyway.

Any thoughts??

looks wore to heck I would entertain replacing the end or doing the marinco mod

Someone has cut the ,'fat' side of the plug so it fits in a old extension cord
