Tie rods knocking still!!

Alright this is pretty aggravating... Just about two months ago I basically replaced the whole front end on my 97 cclb. Brand new tie rods, tie rod ends, ball joints, brake rotors, and pads. All moog. Not long after the completion of the long weekend the outer tie rods started knocking again. I DID grease them. This is the second time I have done tie rods on my truck in the 5 years iv had it. Is there something I could be doing wrong that the boots don't hold up. I figured moog should last along time. I didn't torque them to any spec. Maybe that could be it I don't know. If there are some heavier duty ends that I could get I would like to know what they are. You would think for a big 1-ton they would make big strong tie rod ends. Another thing that iv noticed, a little off topic, is my block heater is making a lot of noise. It's not consistent but iv never heard before until this year. Is it somethin I should worry about or even replace. Thanks in advance for the help.

I have not had very good luck with moog stuff any more, I guess thats why they have life time warranty. I just rebuilt my whole front end also. This time I replaced everything with motorcraft from rockauto.

Another thing its to make sure it for 4600# axle on the parts. Because tie rods will fit but aren't near as beefy joints.

mods 3inch straight pipe with afe cold air intake.
