97PSD Blown Engine?

I have a 97 350 with 277,000 miles. Engine running extremely rough and blowing smoke. Did cylinder cont test, came up with cylinder #5&7. Replaced injectors on 5 & 7. Truck ran the same. Noticed that the #7 exhaust manifold port is bubbling with oil.. Could this be the turbo or does it sound like a internal problem?

how much did yhou run it after repairs , just curious , because it takes several miles of driving after injector replacement till engine smoothes out , as far as bubbling it could be residual oil from the injector replacement

I drove it 6-10 miles and still acts the same. Why would the oil only be bubbling from the #7 exhaut though?
