Motor sound change and jerking

Ok.. 97.. stage 1.. d66. Built trans... some other stuff.. when drivin at normal throttle taking off or cruiseing it sounds like rpms jump and truck surges.. thought maybe throtle sensor... but on cc still does it.. changed fuel filter n cleaned bowl.. ran lucas injector cleaner.. still here. Thought was tc.. traans built got truck back today still does it... at half or wot it does not do it

Also on tach rpm doesnt noticebly change
What I have tried.
Unplug icp still does it.
Change filter n cleaned
Built trans.
Ran cleaner
Changing oil sat.
Changed cps
Checked throttle pos sensor

Lost now...

Have you thought of possibly Injector cups or a Boost leak?

Boost iz running normal... no changes... dont knoe much about injector cups

I've personally never done them, but my friend has done a couple trucks with similar symptoms and the cups have been blown out.

Lasy truck I saw with cup issues rolled hite smoke at idle like a 6.0 with egr ppproblems
