Surging will driving

Hey guys well my latest issue is my truck seems to have small constant surges will I'm driving and this started after a cruise I took with a buddy up to flagstaff from phoenix yesterday I feel like it probably my trans but Idk for sure. We were cruising around 65 and once we got back to phoenix it started doing this. Any ideas or thoughts on what could be done to check this out
