stupid fuel filter light issue

ok over the last month I have spent several hundred dollars and countless hours trying to figure out this issue

truck is 96 psd automatic F350 cc lb

work done to truck is

4" downpipe
straight pipes 4"
napa intake
superchips tuner

over view of issue

truck runs fine for ten to fifteen minutes, then fuel filter light comes on and truck slowly runs rougher and rougher and the fuel bowl level slowly drops to empty and runs out of fuel.

if I stop and idle for a while 5-10 minutes the issue subsides for only a short time.

work I have done in attempt to remedy issue

removed fpr to clean screen, and found there was no screen

removed bed and opened tanks to remove "shower heads" and they too had been removed already

replaced fuel filter twice

replaced fuel pump today

tomorrow I am going to blow lines out

is there anything else is should be looking for or things I can replace in order to remedy this issue the truck is what gets me to work and as of tomorrow it starts costing money I could be making doing my work because I will once again be working on the truck

thanks

Joe

When you opened the fuel tanks, did you check for water on the bottom? Mine had the same symptoms until I siphoned the front tank, 12 gallons, and it all had water in it. Looked like coffee with cream. Good luck. Those fuel filters have doubled in price lately, why I don't know.
