Fuel connection at fuel tank

1996 F-250, I am trying to remove a fuel line from the fuel tank, released the clip and can't seem to get the hose off. I sprayed it with a little Triflow, it will spin but not remove. What is the magic for the Ford connector?

What kinda connector did you remove?

Some of the newer vehicles require a special tool to release a spring clamp that is on the inside of the connection. They are designed to handle alot of pressure so pulling harder won't work.

There is a slight leak on the 3/8" line that connects on the top of the front fuel tank on our 1996 F250. I am trying to remove the line from the fuel tank to the front/rear fuel valve.
