Starter sticks

I have a 95' and recently the starter has started to stay engaged after the truck has started. Even if I turn the key off it will continue to turn over. I can hear it run after I start and it will run for up to a minute before disengaging. I've changed the starter solenoid, which didn't fix it. Could it be the ignition switch?
