We'll going to run a power wire to my brake switch unless there are any other ideas with a 15amp fuse but which wire on the boo switch?? Is this going to affect any other systems (abs, trans,)???

You must of have had a short in the wiring... Make sure to cut the old wire out. If you don't and it is shorting out, now that that wire is powered from a different source you will have a draw on the batteries. Hopefully that makes sense.

Is that fuse 13 on the interior box? There's also a fuse 13 (50A maxifuse) in the underhood box, which happens to energize fuse 13 on the interior box. Did you check both?

See if you have power going into (and coming out of) fuse 13 under the hood. If you do, then the break is between that fuse and fuse 13 in the interior box.
