Have you tried opening the fuel filter drain valve? (located at the top of the engine, a yellow valve, only req. a quarter turn to open) I cannot find the posting but there was a thread where someone described how to place a hose on the outlet port to keep the fuel from hitting the ground. I had water in the fuel on a 96 e350 and had to leave the drain valve open, with a catch pan, and cranked over the engine and let it idle until the light goes out. Then closed it back up and have had no further problemswith water. You can also add the proper amount of Power Service (avail at walmart and autozone). Run out the current tank of fuel, then replace the fuel filter (both if it has two). |

Just stick some hose on the tube and route it to a can.
