'97 Powerstroke-blue gray smoke

Need some help here.

This is my first diesel, so I'm out of my league.

Guy I bought the truck from said the previous owner had replaced the injectors with "bigger ones" and put a programmer on it (UTP box wired into a plug that is under the air cleaner)

A couple of weeks ago, I pulled my camper, seemed to do ok. Coming back empty-lots of blue smoke started coming out of my exhaust. Was told to check the turbo by seeing if the shaft would move on the intake side, and it had a good 1/4" play in it.

When I removed my old turbo, there was all kind of oil in the exhaust flange. Bought a reman turbo from Ron's turbo service. Installed it along with a new down pipe.

Still have smoke. Looks kind of gray when idling, blue when throttle is applied, and I swear I can smell diesel fuel. Truck doesn't seem to be running right either, whole truck shakes when idling.

Have I got a bad injector? Bad injector O-rings? Is that UTP programmer messing with me?

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!
