Loud hum/whine while driving

My OBS is making a loud hum/whine sound while i drive and it happens at about 1500-1750 rpms and goes away above that until it shifts and comes back around to 1500-1750 rpms. I cant quite pinpoint where the sound is coming from but its somewhere in the engine or tranny. It seemed to start right after i rebuilt my fuel bowl so i assumed i must have screwed something up when i put it back together. Well i just did my E-fuel conversion so no more fuel bowl and its still making that sound. Any ideas what it could be? Ill try to grab a video tonight on my way home but not sure how well it will capture.

Sounds like an automatic, right?

What happens when you rev the engine to that RPM range while in neutral? What happens when you coast past that road speed range while idling in neutral?

Is there an internal filter on the E4OD or is it just the external one?
