hey should be easy ? for u pros I just changed solnoid (sp) on starter now when I try to start it stays engaged and I have to rush around and disconnect battery pulled it three times and no wires are crossed or touching can u put it on upside down r what?

Sounds like a faulty solenoid or you have it wired wrong. Use a volt meter and make sure you don't have 12 volts to the small wire after you let the ignition key go after starting.
