Turn signal uneven blinking

Hey guys i was sitting at a stop light the other day and noticed the reflection of my turn signal in the car in front of me and it was flashing really fast but then slows down, then a few seconds later it speeds up, then slows down and just repeats. I dont have any lights out so what gives?

Doesn't the OBS' have two flasher units, one for the turns, one for the emergency flashers? Swap the flasher units to see if the problem migrates....

Just a suggestion.

Yea i believe it does because my hazards flash...normal? They are super slow compared to the super duty or any other vehicle ive ever had. Like rather than the normal click click click click click its like click on.....click off.....click on.....click off.....click on.....click off..... But that could be normal never had another obs ford or could be tied to this problem

One flasher unit is on the surface of the interior fuse box that you can see. The other one is directly behind it, on the "blind" side. I forget which is which, but a swap would indeed shed some light.

Have you checked all the bulbs?

Swapped out the relays last night and that was it, the blinker one just crapped out. My question is they are older styles of relays not the bosch style ones, is there a way i can replace them with the bosch style relays that have the electronic flasher ability so i can run LEDs without resistors?
