fuel mileage (poor)

ok i have a 04/99 f350 with 18k, aeroturbine, 4.10s, stock everything else i am only gettin about 13mpg driveing around a 2200rpm or less babing it. Is this right? the guy i bought the truck from said he got 15mpg and the 1st week i had it it seam to get pretty good but now its not?

What is 04/99? Is it a dually? Your drop is probobly from winter blend fuel Im guessing.

yea i kinda thought that but thats alot and i live in arkansas i didnt think we had a true winter blend i havnt really checked though
