Blow by comeing from dipstick

I was just wondering if this is a real magor problem and if it is can someone let me know on how i can fix it i just bought the truck so i dont know to much about it.

it is normal to have some blow by coming from dipstick, if you think you have a problem, need to have a crank case pressure test run, to know if it is excessive , how many miles are on this engine

there are 140.000 on it. is there any way to have the pressure set to were it needs to be or should i just live with it?

there is no way to set the pressure , if the test says its out of spec the engine would have to be built to correct the problem, at 140,000 i dont believe id sweat it to bad , but would porobably just have it checked
