Exclamation no start, half the fuses arent getting power

So I have no gauges, no power window's, no windshield wiper's, no rpm when turning the truck over, and half the fuses in the dash aren't getting power. Anyone have a idea? thanks

What used to be fusible links are now the maxifuses in the underhood fuse box. Check your owner's manual for the interior fuses that aren't energized, and look for the maxifuse that energizes them.
