Windshield wiper problem

okay so here is the deal, my intermittent wipers run constantly, and i have to pull the fuse to shut them off. I have already replaced the selector switch on side of the steering column, and the wiper motor. not sure what else i could check??? any help is greatly appreciated thanks in advance

Could it be a stuck relay.???

I really could tell you. I am just guessing. But if the delay is stuck closed causing it to run without any delay could be the issue. I think the relay is near the glove box. But don't quote me on that.

okay thanks to your help I think I may have figured out the problem, I'm missing the delay so I got a new one and it wouldn't stay in, so I think my connectors are broken

My window wipers do not work at all so I was wondering if it was the relay. Is it located in the little relay box located underneath the glove box? I have a new relay but it is nothing like the ones in the relay box. Any advice? Thanks
