Hard start/romp after e-fuel install

I just finished installing a e-fuel system the other day and now I have to crank a few seconds longer than usual plus I get a romp where RPM jumps between 500-1000 RPM for a few seconds. It only does this on the first start after sitting, not cold related because it's been 70-80 outside. I have tried various pressures between 60 and 70 psi. Any ideas on what's causing this? I attempted to log it yesterday but the refresh on my AE is only ~1 second so it misses most of the fluctuations. Looks like ICP may be a bit high, one reading of 2800 psi but everything else looked good.
