What Gets Pluged Into This?

This connection is above the brake pedal to the left of the steering column in my 96 E-350 van with a 7.3.
The right pin is always hot.
The left pin is hot with the ignition on.
What I really want to do is use this connector for some add on's,
so I need to identify to get the male plug.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Dick

Does one of the pins get hot if you step on the brake? I'm wondering if it is for a trailer brake controller.

That's for the AIC/APCM. Those round plugs are used in various places on the rig, not sure what' its called or where to buy a new one.
