URGENT need advice 96 7.3 f350 SRW

a guy on craigslist is selling the truck in the title with 225k miles. i looked at it and its in good shape. runs well, starts easy and drives fine with some play in the wheel.

my issue with the truck is there is oil all over the place. under the turbo, valve manifolds, front diff, transfer case and everywhere else.

owner says in the short time he's owned it (8 months) there are a few small spots in his driveway.

is this something that i should worry about? the price is great and i may even have room to play with it but replacing that many gaskets sounds expensive.

can anyone chime in on this before he sells it? i would hate to miss a great opportunity at a hunting rig / meat wagon.

depends on what all is leaking turbo pedestal o-rings aren't real expensive transfer case could be really simple as well. seals and gaskets are cheap if you have the ability to work on it yourself oil pan gasket is the only difficult one to change because the engine has to come out
