Fuel Filter warning light

I have a 96 F250 7.3 liter Powerstroke Diesel. It has been maintained on a regular basis. With the last oil change the fuel filter was changed and the fuel fitler light would come on and off. Took it in and had the fuel lines prurged and all was fine for a couple days. The light is on again and off again. Is there more than one filter than the filter in the engine compartment? Does something need to be reset?

I replaced a leaking fuel heater and water sensor and turbo on a 1995 f 250 power stroke and cranked and filled bowl now wont start and fuel filter light and engine temp light are on when cranking, does this mean the fuel system needs more bleeding?
