I have a 1997 F-350 that I cannot locate the headlight warning chime. The fuses are fine, but the warning chime does not sound when I leave the headlights on and the drivers door is open. Is there a switch/relay that I am not finding? Thanks.

I hope someone answers this because I have the same issue.

There's a plug on the back of the fuse panel that can be unplugged to keep module from chiming. Maybe that's the issue.

Does the chime ring when you leave the key in and open the door?

No. No chime at all. Either with key in ignition, headlights on or when locking the door with the key fob.

BUMP to try and see what ended up happening--in my truck the chime doesn't work either. I hate this--I've left the lights on a couple times by accident, and would love to know what the fix is.
