'96 blowing fuse 22 in pdb
1996 won't start and fuse 22 in pdb is blown. how can i isolate what is on that fuse? I think the fuel heater and the glow plug relay are on that line. The idm and some others are on the line too. I don't have a wiring diagram to find plugs to disconnect to isolate components. I don't have an owners manual either to see what all is on that fuse. I do know where the glow plug relay is. What should I disconnect to isolate that as a problem?

it is most likely the fuel heater. If you look at the drivers side of the fuel filter housing towards the bottom there are 2 plugs. unplug the bottom one. the one above that is the water in fuel sensor
