Glow plug tip stuck...

So I was changing my glow plugs and the second one in was all messed up and chewed up. When I went to pull it out the tip fell back in less than a quarter of the way out. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it out without taking the head off, because I cant really do that in my backyard... Thanks guys!!

Did the tip drop completely into the cylinder, or can you still see part of the electrode?
Needle nose vice grips and kroil are going to be your best friends.

If it fell all the way in you maybe able to pull that injector out and retrieve it through the larger hole

Pull the injector and fi**** out with a small magnet. I had to do that once really sucks but can be done with enough patience.
