UVCH problems on 96 maybe?

Alright I got a stock 1996 7.3 f250 and its almost completely ****ed out in the past week. I would be driving down the road with out issue and all of a sudden I would lose all power and just pore white smoke out and the truck would nearly die which is a big problem with a line of traffic behind me. Also it will blow a flame out of my stack if I shift at higher rpms or shift down... I have seen other post about the UVCH and wondering if this it the problem or part of it and if it is can someone tell me how to fix it? Thanks.

Could be that, idm, icp, fuel pressure, or maybe even cps
