95 misfire

My 95 has been missing so I replaced the UVCH and harnesses since they were burnt and it didn't fix my problem. Not real sure where else to look. Any ideas? It's a 95 f250 with a ts chip 6637 intake and exhaust just FYI and a 5 speed
