Fuse #8 parasitic drain

What could be staying on, enough to kill the batteries overnight thats tied into fuse #8? The dome lights etc are NOT on, nothing is on but I hear a relay or something clicking up under the dash....both when I have my wife touch/disconnect the battery cable with the doors shut and also when I pull the fuse with the door shut.

I dont think its the radio. It also seems to do it randomly. Some nights it drains the batts and some nights it doesn't do anything. Right now I yank the fuse when I get home and it seems to have stopped it temporarily.

96 powerstroke. 5 speed.

Besides the lights at the bottom of each door, dome light, bed light, the only thing that might "click" under the dash that is also tied to the fuse is the chime module.
