Yup! Another thread on rough idle!

I have read through every single post and have done every single thing suggested! From ICP, PCM, IDM, cleaned screens, pulled sensors, valve cover wiring harness replaced, oil change, injector oring's......you name it, I have done it! It runs rough ALL the time. When it's cold, when it's hot...ALL the time! No smoke out of the ordinary and no codes according to ford! The only 2 things I have not done is any type of pressure testing cause I don't have the tools to do that and buzz test. So, now what? Where do I go now?

you should definitely get a contribution and buzz test done, is it just rough, or is it knocking?

E40d. One of the posts suggested the neutral safety switch. So I started it in neutral and no change.
