Need help with IDM error p1294 p1298

I been searching the internet for weeks this is my first post, i was driving and my drive side of the engine stoped working. 2-4-6-8. The week before i was driving down hill and my truck died 2 time around the same place and it started right back up the frist time both times. I have a snapp-on mt2500 and when I cleared the codes, and did a buzz test I got the error P1294 High Side Open Bank No. 2 (Left). After I tried to start the truck, then i ran the scanner, I also get the error p1298 IDM Failure. When I did the buzz test they all make sound then, the first is loud, then second quite , third loud, fourth quite..... The driver side injectors are all quite. I checked the UVC with a DMM from the valve cover to the IDM, it was in good shape. Then I replaced the drive side valve cover gaskget, wire harness under valve cover, the glow plugs and glow plug relay. The injectors ohms were the same on all 8, I cant remember the number. The only thing I can think dof is getting a used idm off eBay ended with AA.
