no low end power, lots of blue smoke

96 f 450 5 speed, starts and runs fine, just has no power until it reaches 2200+ rpm. fuel filter light comes on but goes off at higher rpms, I replaced fuel filter and cleaned bowl, good fuel pressure, any suggestions? Thank in advance

Did you clean the fpr screen?

You said a '94... which motor does it have? There was 3 motors available that year.
