Power steering leak. Looking for some feedback

Like I said I have a small power steering fluid leak, the fluid is covering the entire bottom of the gearbox, no fluid on the bottom of the pump or reservoir, also no fluid on the top of the gearbox itself, only on bottom of gearbox dripping down onto the front axle leaf springs. I checked the bottom of the gearbox where the pitman arm attaches and it is not leaking there. Tiny leak just getting annoyed of the fluid on the driveway. 8 months ago I replaced the gearbox with a remanufactured one,( it snapped where pitman arm attaches at bottom). Now just wanting opinions as to where the leak may be, is it a safe bet it's the sector shaft seal where the steering column attaches? Just want to make sure before I pull the gearbox back out again. Should I replace the seal since its only a year old or the whole box? Thanks .

Probably the shaft seal gone... Just rebuilt a pump. could not figure out or see the leak and all that was wet was the bottom of the pump.. Rebuilt it in about a hour and 30 kit. Only way i found the leak was pulled it out plugged of the holes and filled with fluid and let it sit for a while on the pulley. Finally started to see it weeping out

Are you saying check the ps pump? My fluid is on the bottom of my gearbox, there's no fluid on the bottom of the pump or reservoir.
