power steering issue????

my truck has been sitting for about a week, i went for a quick ride today and noticed that she has become pretty difficult to steer, i topped of the fluid and went around the block again and nothing seemed to change, the belts not slipping, none of the fittings are leaking, so im stumped, any help????

I'd flush/refill the reservoir 2-3 times and see what happens, double check your belt tensioner, I thought mine was tight but it was actually very loose and caused all kinds of wacky steering problems....
