Fuel in crank case

So I have had an oil leak for some time, but these days it seems as though no matter how much I leak the oil level on the dipstick never changes.

Well after a month of this the wheels start turning in my head as to how this is possible.

I got to figure its fuel getting into the oil system. Its clearly not coolant. I just put in rebuilt injectors from rosewood.

I am wondering if I made a mistake when doing the install? I'm a mechanic of 4 years and had the assistance of a 20 year mechanic (both non-diesel) but injector installation seems pretty black and white?

Thank you,
Eric
