97 won't start

I have a 97 f 350 it has set for awhile it won't start I did the buzz test nothing happened any help

Did you do the buzz test with a scanner? If using a scanner, is it communicating? Did the test actually get performed or did it actually do nothing at all? Is the CEL on? WTS light illuminating? Tach moving when cranking? Oil level good (main and HPOP Reservoir)? Fuel Pressre when cranking? White smoke when cranking? Cheers!

Yes did the buzz test nothing happened tack moves oil pressure gauge comes up wts comes on and no cel light no smoke when crackng
