Changing glowplugs '96 F250, how?

I have never done this before and really would like to learn how to because I just can't afford to have her in the shop for this. She cranks but won't turn over, if this is how you explain it, but I am pretty sure it's the glowplugs. Cold weather hasn't helped either. Checked the relay and it seems fine, have not checked all the glowplugs yet but the first 4 on the passenger side seem dead.

I can't find any good video footage or material that explains in detail what I need to do. I don't think it's rocket science and know that if I can find someone to help and take me through this process, I will be able to do it next time no problem. It's just not having done it ever scares me a little, don't want to do more damage then harm and then really end up having to spend a fortune to fix my errors because I did not know how to do this right.

I live in Buford (Hamilton Mill area) GA and would appreciate any help or suggestions.

Thanks
Edi

This should help you out: "Glowplug Relay and Glowplug R & R".

Cheers!
