Squealing pulley! please help

I have a 95 psd and i have a very annoying squealing sound coming from my pulleys i replaced the serpentine belt and the belt tentioner. I checked all the idler pulleys and they all are fine. The thing is it comes and goes and my biggest problem is i can't really pin point the problem because of the noise the 7.3 emits. has anyone else had this problem if so is there a technique in finding the culprit because its driving me nuts!

Take some WD 40 or other lube and spray the bearing on each pulley one at a time and start the engine until you find the issue
