1995 Ford F250 Start up problem shake/chatter problem please help!! please

Hey guys so I have a 95 PSD with a 5spd and 140k miles 2wd. I have this problem when I start up my truck, where it will shake and make a loud chatter sound for the first 10 to 15 second then it is like it smooths out. I was thinking that it was the dual mass flywheel but I am not sure.. It will also do it when i shift into neutral from a gear ever now and then. Here is the wild card though it will never do it when it is the first start of the day only after it has been run and then restarted..?? Please help me out guys I dont want to wait and damage anything. Here is a video of what it does.. It also does not smoke and gets about 22mpg. Thanks in advance for the help guys.

Video displayed injection fault well... thanks!
Need to get the engine codes read in diagnostic modes with a full Ford enabled scanner, to read the proprietary codes... (Cylinder Balance, Injector Buzz, KOER, etc).
If your adept with a laptop, purchase Autoenginuity from one of the site sponsors. It will be cheaper than replacing random parts.
It will run all the tests & report codes, plus you're able to live stream engine data.
Could be a lot of things like CPS, valve cover gaskets, pigtails, IDM...
Suspect CPS going bad, but only a guess, as usually engine misses bad and stalls, getting worse as time goes on, eventually it wont start (GET part ONLY from Ford or Navistar, off brands are of suspect quality).
Should carry a spare CPS anyway as these are inexpensive, known to go bad often and can be changed out in 10 minutes.
Really need the electronic data to pinpoint problem before throwing parts at it.
