leaf spring help

Well, i did new centering pins on my rear leaf springs, and i left the main spring bolted in to the hangers. Now that its all back together, my axle sits horribly crooked. The driver side tire is about 4 inches toward the back of the truck now (figure in angle of lift block and all) my questions are a; wtf happened, and b; how do i fix this? I did both sides and the passenger side is right where it was. I was going to try to loosen the centering pin and shift the driver side pack toward the front and see what that does. Any other ideas?
