No Start

I purchased a 96 service truck not running . It wont start . new batts spinns fast . 3000 lbs hpress , 50 lbs fuel press , all fueses checked , changed CPS , checked some codes P1219 P1280 0472 0603 0344 . I need some ideas

looks like to me it either doesnt have enoguh oil pressure , that 1280 code could be the icp sensor bad , p0344 cam sensor code , youve already replaced , start by clearing codes , crank the truck over and see what comes back up, make sure the oil is full and in good shape , if i just bought it i would change it anyway

1219 Is likely a short to ground between the PCM & the IDM..Maybe unhook both & make sure the terminals are free of corrosion ,& look for anywhere a wire could be rubbing on anything...Wiggle test also , while cranking ....
