oil leak and shutdown stumble

i've got 2 question about my truck the first is that i've got an oil leak from the pan where the dip stick goes in and was wondering if i shoudl just get new part and replace or look into what caused the problem.

second is the motor really shakes the truck at shutdown, and when towing heavy (14,000 LBS) loads and under high torque the transfer case hits the floor board of the truck could it be that i have a broken motor mount?

tia for the responces

be very careful with that oil dipstick , if you tamper with it to much and get the big nut loose on the side and it falls in the pan , the engine will have to come out to retrieve it , alot of times you can tighten that big nut and it will seal back off , as far as your jerking at shut off , is this a straight drive truck
