Could be injectors, could be injector o-rings along with a few others. First off, does it act any different right after you change the oil?? Does it make a difference if it is cold or warm?? What is you oil pressure at idle (from a real guage not the one on the dash)?? Answer some of these and we might be able to get it narowed down for ya.

no check engine light, havent noticed any difference in temperature its been pretty hot all summer, i dont have a good oil pressure guage but the stock one reads a little above the middle, it only has 111k miles, could the injectors just need cleaning?

that may help some , make sure all maintenance is up to par , filters , oil etc., and see what that does

When my CPS first when out it acted similar to your problem. I ran it pretty well down the road and then at idle it would start to run rough at times and gradually worsened until I figured out the problem. After changing the CPS, no more shakes. I know it is not common for them to act like that because of a CPS but with 110k it's about that time. Don't go wasting money on parts though until you can narrow it further with a little maintenance as suggested by others. These guys know a great deal more than I do. Also, check your fuel for water.
