up pipe change

I just got the turbo out!! took me abit but its on the ground, thanks to bigred69's comment back in 06 "then use a 1/4 inch ratchet with a 6 inch extension, swivel, and 10mm 6point socket." COuldnt have done it wiht out. OK ive messed with trying to get this driverside uppipe out for a bit longer. I dont know if it will come out. First of all should i be able to get this out . Second if not if the bes solution to unbolt the cab undo the shifter and 4x4stick jack the cab up to get clearence is it that easy or will i have ot mess with stearing and??? what eles?.. or can i just reuse this pipe? how can i tell if its tooo worn out for the new donut.
