only starts when plugged in, not overnight
I have 95 f250 extended cab powerstroke, ok, Im thinking glow plugs and glow plug relay, ill prolly just replace both if you guys agree with me, I found a kit for $110. But if I leave my truck overnight, it will not start just crank and crank and crank but never start, unless it gets shot with starting fluid, I have only done it twice cuz I didnt know itwas bad and the other time was an urgent matter. Now if I plug it in overnight or for 2 or 3 hours, it starts right up fine, and once its started for the first time in the day it will start right up all day long.
what do you guys think? thanks |

i'd check voltage across the GP relay and ohm the glow plugs b4 I'd start replacing parts. On the other hand, at the least, you know she has a new GP relay and GPs
