When cold below 50'F it wont even try to start i hear a click and thats it. If i plug it in it will start sometimes. If i cross starter bolts it will start sometimes. Any Ideas? Im dyin here.

had the same problem with my 95, im almost positive its your starter solenoid on the passenger side fender, my truck would only start if I jumped the two big bolts on that solenoid, replaced that and it fires right up. Not very expensive either and easy to install.

Clean al of your battery cable connections, clean the connections on the starter and the starter solenoid. Give it a go... If it won't start, short the lugs on the solenoid. If it then starts, replace that solenoid like jamesh23 said. If it still won't turn over, I would replace the starter.
